PROJECT DESCRIPTION – Summit Consultants, Inc. provided mechanical, electrical  and plumbing design engineering services for a new structural testing laboratory in Hashemite University, Jordan.  Summit visited the University in Jordan, met with professors that will run the facility, the governing board of the University and studied design and construction standards during the programing phase.

Facility included a 40-person lecture hall, conference rooms, offices, testing rooms, casting rooms, curing rooms, raw material storage rooms and reaction room with a reaction wall.

Summit’s design included variable refrigerant volume HVAC systems, LED lighting and controls, subsoil drainage systems and new 400/220V utility service connected to Jordanian Electric Power Company’s electric service.
