PROJECT DESCRIPTION- Summit provided mechanical and plumbing engineering for totally new systems to serve the historic eleven-story hotel with basement, originally constructed in 1923. New water source heat pumps provide heating and cooling for the complex. All new plumbing fixtures and piping systems for the kitchen are being provided. The finished project includes a new kitchen, dining and meeting rooms, a basement-level spa, and 144 guest rooms.
