PROJECT DESCRIPTION- Summit Consultants, Inc. provided mechanical and electrical engineering and lighting design for a new elementary school in Fort Worth ISD. New Elementary School, approximately 75,000 sq. ft., 35 classrooms, kitchen, cafeteria, auditorium, and library. Summit provided a design to exceed Texas CHPS standards.  The new school is unique in that it is placed next to the original Van Zandt-Guinn ES. The existing utilities and site conditions were tightly worked around to allow for the new school to be constructed, while keeping the existing school remained operational.
