Tarrant County Northeast Sub Courthouse- Fort Worth, TX

PROJECT DESCRIPTION- Summit Consultants Inc. provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and fire protection design for a new sub courthouse. The mechanical system used chilled water and hot water for cooling and heating variable air volume air handlers for air distribution. The buildings electrical system has an emergency generator for redundancy. Building lighting is LED. The building is LEED silver certified.
