PROJECT DESCRIPTION- Multi-tenant retail development including retail and dining tenants. Summit provided Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection core infrastructure design services for two larger multi-tenant buildings and several smaller multi-tenant buildings. Summit subsequently provided finish out design for almost all of those tenants including Ross, Marshall’s, GameStop, Shoe Carnival, Rue 21, Dollar Tree, T-Mobile and others.
