Project Description-

Summit Provided MEP design services for approximately 535,600 SF of manufacturing space and 26,400 SF of office space. The warehouse was conditioned via air turnover units and the office was conditioned via dedicated RTUs and a VAV RTU with VAV Boxes. The VAV RTU maintained design lab with tight design tolerances.

Summit Coordinated with overseas manufacturers on the equipment being used for the manufacturing.
