Project Description-

Summit Provided MEP design services for approximately 26,400 SF of office space and 535,600 SF of warehouse / manufacturing space. The warehouse was conditioned via air turnover units and the office was conditioned via dedicated RTUs and a VAV RTU with VAV Boxes. The VAV RTU maintained design lab with tight design tolerances.

Summit Coordinated with overseas manufacturers on the equipment being used for the manufacturing.
