Project Description-

Summit Provided MEP design services for approximately 535,600 SF of manufacturing space and 26,400 SF of office space.

Summit Coordinated with manufacturers from around the world to determine and provide the various MEPT requirements for the process equipment.  These systems required extensive power, steam, technology, and multiple process water and effluent systems to support the process equipment.  Summit took the lead in coordinating these extensive requirements in a very short timeframe, ensuring that the project would proceed on schedule.  Summit actively sought out manufacturers for electrical switchgear, transformers, and other long-lead equipment, to ensure the owner was able to get the correct product at the best price and on schedule.
