PROJECT DESCRIPTION – Summit provided engineering design services for approximately a 150-unit apartment complex one clubhouse (approx. 5,283 square feet) including one, split story, building with two elevators. This project included (5) apartments types with variants for ANSI units. The scope of services included the design of a site lighting plan, a photometric site plan and power to the area designated for pool equipment.
